One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered hbeje account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. If you have lost access to your account, use the official recovery process rather than creating a new registration.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English; in the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Use of the hbeje platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which an Account remains active. By completing the hbeje registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. hbeje reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account pending completion of that verification process.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The hbeje platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law are solely responsible for determining whether their use of hbeje is lawful in their location. hbeje does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where the provision or use of online gambling services is expressly prohibited. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before registering or placing any wager.
2.3 Personal Capacity
By registering with hbeje, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party. You further confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by hbeje or any other gambling operator, that you have not been declared legally incapacitated, and that you are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an hbeje employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements

Upon detection, hbeje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances including bonus funds, and ban the individual from future registration.
3.3 Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their hbeje Login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account. hbeje will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify [email protected] immediately. hbeje accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
hbeje may require Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or in response to compliance obligations. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hbeje may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
3.5 Accuracy of Information
Players must keep all Account information current and accurate. If any registered details change — including your mobile number or payment method information — you must update your Account promptly. hbeje is not responsible for failed transactions, missed notifications, or Account access issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the Player.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hbeje currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount accepted by hbeje is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single-transaction deposit limit is subject to the limits applied by your chosen payment provider and any account-level limits applied by hbeje's risk management team. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal. hbeje reserves the right to modify transaction limits without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed on the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of heightened transaction volume, public holidays, or when KYC verification is pending. hbeje is not liable for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment service provider.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the hbeje platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hbeje does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required to complete a transaction is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider; hbeje is not liable for exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Player Funds
Player funds deposited into an hbeje Account are held separately from hbeje's operational funds. hbeje does not use Player funds for operational expenditure. Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the absence of any account restriction. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
Withdrawal Policy Reminder: hbeje reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the requested amount is materially higher than a Player's typical activity. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by hbeje are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. Players must read and accept the specific offer terms before opting into any promotion. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific offer terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a Player's hbeje Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, contribution rates, and expiry period are stated in the terms accompanying each individual bonus offer. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, sports betting, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
hbeje operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, syndicated bonus claiming, and any form of collusion between Players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, hbeje reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the Player's Account permanently.
5.4 Seasonal and Time-Limited Promotions
hbeje periodically offers enhanced promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, limited time windows, and may carry distinct wagering requirements. Expired promotions cannot be retroactively claimed.
5.5 hbeje's Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers
hbeje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the terms applicable to any bonus already accepted and in progress by a Player at the time of the change will continue to apply for that Player's current bonus cycle. hbeje will not retroactively alter the wagering requirements of a bonus that a Player has already accepted and begun working through.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Wagers
hbeje reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. A wager is not considered accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued by the platform. In the event of a technical failure during the placement of a wager, the Player should contact [email protected] with transaction details. hbeje's system logs constitute the definitive record of all wager placements and outcomes.
6.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules
For all cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — hbeje applies the following general rules: (a) matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result under the relevant competition rules will be voided and stakes refunded; (b) in-play markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body; (c) hbeje reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time if data feed integrity cannot be assured; (d) in the event of a dispute between the hbeje settlement and the official result, the official result as published by the governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent) shall prevail.
6.3 Casino & Slot Games
All casino games hosted on the hbeje platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and specialty titles — are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface. hbeje's role is as a distributor of these games; the game provider's certified RNG and payout logic govern all outcomes. 6.4 Void Bets and Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in a wager being placed at odds or terms that are demonstrably incorrect, hbeje reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Balance. hbeje is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from platform or data feed errors, regardless of whether the Player was aware of the error at the time of placement.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
7.1 Player Responsibilities
Each Player is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the hbeje platform is lawful in their jurisdiction, that all information provided to hbeje is accurate and up to date, and that their Account is not accessed by or shared with any third party. Players are also responsible for their own gambling behaviour and are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, as detailed on our Responsible Gaming page.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbeje platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
- Colluding with other Players in card games, tournaments, or any game type where collective action provides an unfair advantage.
- Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in sports betting markets.
- Money laundering or any use of hbeje to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of genuine deposits via payment providers.

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where hbeje identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate action including: suspension of the affected Account pending investigation, permanent closure of the Account, forfeiture of all real-money and bonus balances, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
A Player may request the closure of their hbeje Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be made available for withdrawal, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days of receipt. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons should request self-exclusion rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion carries additional protections against re-registration.
8.2 Closure by hbeje
hbeje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, provision of false registration information, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, or any other situation where hbeje determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or legal compliance.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hbeje will attempt to notify the Player at their registered contact details prior to classifying an Account as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as disclosed in hbeje's current fee schedule, which will be deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in.
8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by hbeje — the Player's right to access the platform terminates immediately. Any pending wagers placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any resulting winnings credited to the Account Balance. Legitimate real-money Balances remaining after closure processing will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
